PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a door member to an interior panel and to allow the door member to be opened/closed in a small space. SOLUTION: This interior panel device is composed of a panel body 1 having a storage part 10 and a recessed part 14 formed below the storage part 10, and a door member 2 swingingly held to the panel body 1 and held in a closed position of covering an opening 12 of the storage part 10 and an open position of being enclosed in the recessed part 14 to open the opening 12. In the closed position, the door member 2 is enclosed in the recessed part 14 so that it does not get in the way without interfering with a shift lever or the like, nor is it lost since it is held to the panel body 1. Further in the closed position, a door 20 can constitute integral design with the panel body 1 to improve design.
