PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new low-calorie sweetening material. SOLUTION: This simultaneously crystallized sugar alcohol containing a sweetening material and having high stability is obtained by heating and concentrating a sugar alcohol solution containing 60-70% sugar alcohol and 0.9-1.0% maltodextrin having 9-11 DE (Dextrose Equivalent) at 94-100 deg.C in a reduced pressure state to provide a supersaturated sugar alcohol solution having 90-93% content of solid components, adding 0.1-0.6% steviocide, aspartame, saccharin or a mixture thereof which is a sweetening agent, and 0.8-1.0% above sugar alcohol having <=250 μm largeness to the resultant sugar alcohol solution cooled to 72-80 deg.C, and strongly stirring the resultant mixture at 1,500-1,700 rpm to provide a sugar alcohol crystal including the sweetening agent, and drying, pulverizing and classifying the resultant crystal.
