PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house information providing system capable of providing various kinds of information on the maintenance of house to a resident by utilizing an information communication network such as the Internet. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a member DB 25 for storing client data including the electronic mail addresses of residents, building management DB 27 for storing building management data including the type of house and the date of construction, house diagnosis DB 31 for storing check data including members, the check contents of members and the timing of check, house type DB 33 for storing member data by house types including constitutive members by types of house, and control part 9 for recognizing a member matched to the type of house included in the building management data out of the member data by house types, reading the check contents of the recognized member out of the check data on the basis of the date of construction included in the building management data and the check timing of the recognized member in the check data and transmitting the contents through the Internet 7 to the electronic mail address of the resident. |
