PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print controller and a program achieving form processing that matches a set form sheet by simply letting a user set the form sheet. SOLUTION: The print controller, which carries out a form printing process using a form sheet printed with predetermined format information, includes a form processing means for carrying out different form processes correspondingly to different kinds of form sheets; a format information reading means for reading the format information printed on the set form sheet; a form sheet identifying means for identifying the kind of the set form sheet according to the format information read by the format information reading means; a control means for causing the form processing means to carry out the form process corresponding to the kind of the form sheet identified by the identifying means; and a print control means for controlling the printing so that the result of the form process is printed on the set form sheet.
