PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held terminal capable of reproducing a voice recorded in a recording medium in a high sound quality without forcing a special work for a user and its charger. SOLUTION: The hand-held terminal 500 comprises an output unit 512 for externally outputting a voice signal read from the recording medium 504. When a chargeable cell 501 housed therein is connected to the charger 100 so as to become a charging state, the terminal becomes a state in which the voice signal output via the output unit 512 is input via an input unit 103 of the charger 100.
