PURPOSE: A heater apparatus for air conditioner is provided to simplify structure and minimize resistance against air flow during heat exchange by arranging hot wire coils to a support rod. CONSTITUTION: A heater apparatus comprises a power box(10) having a power supply unit for supplying power to a hot wire coil(17), and a plurality of consents(12) which are arranged at the side surface of the power box so as to connect the power supply unit with the hot wire coil; a plurality of support members(20) arranged in lengthwise direction of the hot wire coil with a predetermined spacing, and which support the hot wire coil in an electrically insulating manner; and a plurality of support bars(15) connecting the side surface of the power box and the side surface of a heating chamber so as to support the support members. The support member includes first and second electric insulators arranged to be symmetric with each other, and a support panel connecting the first and second electric insulators and which is fixed to the support bar. |
