PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel shifts information management system, which allows users to easily acquire information necessary for each user concurrently with disclosure, via e-mail, and also update it. SOLUTION: A service center 11 extracts personnel shifts information from disclosed corporate personnel information, and then stores the extracted personnel shifts information into a database 14. Names in the extracted personnel shifts information, which match up with any names in personnel information stored in user databases 17-1 to 17-n, are extracted, and corresponding parts of the contents of the user databases are updated with the extracted personnel shifts information. If there is a match in name, the service center 11 notifies a user terminal of this. Alternatively, names in a business card database 32 at a user terminal 31, which match up with any names in a personnel shifts information database 34, are extracted, and then the business card database may be updated. |
