PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information-transmitting, -gathering and -analyzing system which can timely transmit and gather information to clients in a short time and timely request transmitting and gathering information further based especially on the result of the accumulation of the information. SOLUTION: In the information-transmitting, -gathering and -analyzing system in which mutual communication is possible via an open network among information-transmitting, -gathering and -analyzing devices, client machines which firms wanting to transmit, gather and analyze the information have and customers' client machines which persons to whom the transmission and gathering of the information are subjected have or mobile terminals or cellular phones capable of having access to open networks, effective one-to-one marketing is realized by subjecting electronic information transmitted to prompt the gathering of the information and the electronic information transmitted to prompt the next gathering of the information from the information-accumulated data from the clients to a cyclic processing. |
