A monitoring system with SOS (silicon-on-sapphire) chip that can be inconspicuously carried by the protected person or object, and even under the skin. The SOS chip can function as a transmitter for sending signals to satellites, thus localizing location of the transmitter and the reception station/mobile phone can communicate.
