PURPOSE: A sleep inducer is provided to make everyone take a sleep as much as it desires and wake up at a fixed time. CONSTITUTION: A battery(1) and an electronic circuit board(2) are installed between an eye mask(4) and a guard(3). They are linked by a hinge(7) and a girdle(6) to be assembled with an ear muff(5). A watch(10), a voice IC(12) and a light emitting diode(9) are installed on the electronic circuit board(2). A speaker(8) is equipped within the ear muff(5) and is connected by a wire.
