The fluid dispenser (10) comprises a container (20) of elastic material to hold the substance, whereby the stretch of the container is adjustable by a predetermined adjustment of an inner tensioning of the material of the container, through a force action formed from outside the container or through the enlargement of at least one component (30) inside the container. The internal component consists of a material with a volume adjustable by a reaction released externally to a predetermined value. An independent claim is included for a method for the operation of a fluid dispenser.
