<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generation light emission device capable of reducing an installation area, having little limit in an installation location, capable of creating a nonconventional harmonized feeling with nature, having a simple structure, having a large effect as illumination, capable of efficiently generating power and using light emitting diodes. <P>SOLUTION: This wind power generation light emission device is characteristically provided with: wind reception wings each having a long shape folded into two at a predetermined angle in the width direction, and having the width changing in the longitudinal direction to generate predetermined twisting vibration when one end in the longitudinal direction receives wind power in a fixed state; a power generation part for generating power by the vibration of the wind reception wings; an electric circuit for extracting energy thereof; and the light emitting diodes for emitting light by the energy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
