<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion improving device for improving combustion efficiency in a system in which air is lean and perfect combustion is difficult. <P>SOLUTION: This combustion improving device having a structure, in which air or oxygen to be supplied to a combustion furnace or an internal combustion engine is once soaked with water vapor before combustion and is forced into contact with a photocatalyst under irradiation of ultraviolet rays, and after that, it is supplied to the combustion device such as the combustion furnace or the internal combustion engine, is connected to the combustion device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
