Oil-in-water nanoemulsion with a number-average oil globule size of less than 100 nm comprises three surfactants, namely an ethoxylated fatty ester (I) with 8-100 ethylene oxide (EO) units, a sorbitan fatty acid ester (II) and an alkali metal cetyl phosphate or palmitoyl sarcosinate (III). - Independent claims are also included for the following: - (1) production of the nanoemulsion by mixing the aqueous and oil phases with vigorous agitation at 10-80 deg.
