A shower head is provided to sterilize water with anions, to increase user's immunogenic force by the anions and to make user's skin more beautiful with the anions. On a stylobate of the shower head, an inlet(12) is formed and at the end of the shower head, a nozzle(16) is formed. A channel(14) is formed inside the body(10), and a nano-silver supply unit(20) is installed on the channel(14) of the body(10). The body(10) is capable of being separated into upper and lower parts. The nano-silver supply unit(20) includes a pocket(24), a nano-silver powder(26) and a case. The pocket(24) is made of a porous material. The nano-silver powder(26) is stored in the pocket(24). The pocket(24) is built in the case. Through holes are formed on the outer circumference of the case.
