PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that electronic commerce using an information network such as the Internet has the risk of a prepaid contract that no article is delivered from a selling company to a customer although the customer already paid for an article to the selling company since the customer paid to the selling company before receiving the article and the risk of a cash-on-delivery contract that a customer does not pay for an article to a selling company side although the article was already delivered to the customer. SOLUTION: So that a conveyance management system of a forwarding company which makes sure of the forwarding and delivery of an article manages payment between a customer and a selling company through a financial institution, this temporary deposit account in the financial institution, the forwarding company, or a dedicated managing company is characterized by that money paid from a customer account of the financial institution or by a credit company is not transferred immediately to an account of the selling company, but temporarily stored until the delivery of the article is completed. |
