<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which provides a receiving contract service which is convenient for both broadcasting providers and viewers, prevents illegal viewing and recording, and can be easily constructed. <P>SOLUTION: In the system, a digital broadcasting receiver 100, an output device 110, and recording devices 120 and 130 are connected through a control bus 10. The digital broadcasting receiver 100 is provided with a specified program separation part 203 which simultaneously extracts a plurality of programs, a receiving contract management part 212 which manages information on receiving contracts, and an output destination monitor part 213 which manages current distribution destinations of broadcasting programs.
