PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a stored voice message together with a previously stored voice phrase. SOLUTION: This toy capable of transmitting a voice message comprises a voice input part for converting voice into an electric signal; a control part for executing voice signal processing on the basis of the signal from the voice input part; a read-only storage part stored with voice phrases; a reloadable voice storage part for storing the voice message; and a voice output part for converting the signal inputted from the control part, into voice to output it. The voice message is outputted together with the voice phrase by specified operation. |
