PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convergence measurement device and its measurement method that can accurately and quickly correct the effect of convergence accompanied by the attitude of a cathode-ray tube and a position change. SOLUTION: The convergence measurement device of this device includes a 1st camera, that obtains a specific pattern formed on a cathode-ray tube, an optical path separation means that processes a specific pattern formed on the cathode-ray tube as a stereoscopic video image separated to the left right, a 2nd camera that obtains a stereoscopic video image processed by the optical path separation means, a means that estimates the position and the attitude of the specific pattern on the basis of the stereoscopic video image obtained via the 2nd camera, and a control section that measures the convergence of the video image obtained by the 1st camera, while correcting the conversion on the basis of the estimated position and attitude of the cathode-ray tube. |
