PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a history chart allowing a person to see an entire picture of the history on its one paper sheet of space, giving the person visually vivid impression, allowing easy search from one event for another event in other fields, and arousing interest in history and motivation for learning, thereby improving efficiency of learning history as though playing a game. SOLUTION: The history chart includes a plane diagram in a grid of a vertical axis and a horizontal axis depicting Year O A.D. to Year 2100 A.D. on the paper space, and provides period divisions on the four sides of the diagram. The period division surfaces in squares according to the lengths of the periods are disposed diagonally from the left upper corner for Year 0 to the right bottom corner for Year 2100, and are surrounded by era loops, thereby the eras and generations are made clearly impressive. By including pictures, photos, diagrams, letters, and chronological tables, the wars of the eras and the events related to the persons can be learned visually. When following one point such as one of the wars on the diagonal line to its upside, downside, left-side, right-side vertically or horizontally, events such as the emperors of the eras, the persons in power, religions, literature are easily learned, and furthermore by inputting those into a computer, learning efficiency can be improved.
