The permanently excited electric motor (10) has a stator (11) and a rotor (12). A magnetic pole (14) generates an exciting field either at the stator or at the rotor. The rotor is arranged in displaced manner on an axle (13) of the electric motor for adjusting one of the surfaces along the common symmetric axis relative to the other surface.
