<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a press fit pin into boards, without causing buckling in a board connecting structure having a board assembly in which two boards are fixed face to face with a space kept between, a connector shroud, and the press fit pin driven into the boards. <P>SOLUTION: The dimension J, between the center of a first press fit part 10Cb and the center of a second press fit part 10Cd in the press fit pin 10C, is smaller than the dimension C between the center of the first board 12 in its thickness direction and the center of the second board 13 in its thickness direction by a dimension K. The press fit pin is driven into the boards such that.
