<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a link among respective independent image data simply and reliably. <P>SOLUTION: A mark same as a specified mark written in a distributed material 208 is written in a white board 207 associated with the distributed material 208. Then, the distributed material 208 is read by a scanner 103, the white board 207 is photographed by a digital camera 206, and image data of the distributed material 208 and the photographed image data of the white board 207 are entered in a multifunction apparatus 201, so that association processing is performed based on the marks.
