PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizer comprising a liquid container (31) for storing a spray solution, a nozzle member (32) connected with the liquid container (31) and an electrostatic atomization mechanism for atomizing the solution from the nozzle member (32) by voltage application, with a function of securely preventing the solution from leaking from the apex of the nozzle member (32) after the use of the electrostatic atomizer. SOLUTION: The electrostatic atomizer is equipped with a pressing mechanism for supplying the solution to the nozzle member (32) by pressing the liquid container (31) formed of a closed container of a pliable bag shape, and a residual pressure release mechanism (36) which releases the residual pressure, after stopping the use of the device, which acts on the interior of the nozzle member (32).
