<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding vehicle in which heat exhausting efficiency in a case for storing a continuously variable transmission is improved. <P>SOLUTION: A motorcycle 1 comprises the belt continuously variable transmission 30 disposed at the front of a rear wheel 4 together with an engine 20, the transmission case 50 for storing the continuously variable transmission 30, an intake duct 75 for introducing the outside air into the transmission case 50, and an exhaust duct 70 for discharging the air in the transmission case 50. The exhaust duct 70 is connected to the upper part of the transmission case 50, and extends upward from the upper part.
