PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey excavated soil generated in excavation work via an access road 7 to a quarry 3 to a muck disposal yard 4 without passing through a settlement 8, the excavation work being carried out in a dam body 1 construction initial stage, for exposing a rock mass as a foundation of a dam body. SOLUTION: In conveyance of the excavated soil, firstly a conveyor device 10 for conveying an aggregate raw material collected in the quarry 3, from the access road 7 to the quarry 3, to an aggregate manufacturing plant 9 constructed in a river bank, is set. After the excavated soil generated in the dam construction work is conveyed via a road 22 arranged along the river bank to the conveyor device 10, the conveyor device 10 is reversely driven in a direction that conveys the aggregate raw material, and the excavated soil is conveyed to the access road 7 to the quarry 3 by means of the conveyor device 10.
