PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely secure the cut-off property of a placing joint surface even if irregularities are formed on the following element-side surface of a leading element. SOLUTION: The leading element 10 is so constructed; that flexible cut-off sheets 110A and 110B are arranged so that the vicinities of both ends can abut on the following element 20 side end surface of the constructed leading element 10 so that a vertical space 150 elongated in a vertical direction along with the following element 20 side surface of the leading element 10 can be formed; that concrete 21 constituting the following element 20 is placed; and that a cut-off agent with fluidity is injected into the vertical space 150 which is formed of the cut-off sheets 110A and 110B and the following element 20 side surface of the leading element 10.
