PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing in a high yield a fluorine-containing amine compound by a reductive amination of a fluorine-containing carboxylic acid compound in the co-presence of amines without using a highly toxic reducing agent in one-step reaction without requiring a special apparatus. SOLUTION: A fluorine-containing carboxylic acid compound is caused to react with a borane-amine complex in the co-presence of amines to give a fluorine-containing amine compound.
