PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely give a response to the detection of parking by smoothing linkage between a slide plate and a movable arm. SOLUTION: The slide plate 19 which moves back and forth by the pressing force of an advanced wheel Y to the longitudinal direction of the upper surface of the substrate 11 having a wheel advancing groove 12 on the front side is positioned above a plurality of loosely fitted balls 18 loosely fitted to the substrate 11. A stop piece 27 for stopping the slide plate 19 is mounted to the moving deepest position, and a press plate 90 for preventing the vertical movement of the slide plate 19 is covered and formed on the upper surface. One end of the movable arm 45 pivotally supported in a bilaterally-symmetrical manner which locks the wheel Y of the parked two-wheel vehicle X from the horizontal direction to an operating shaft 42 mounted to the upper surface of the slide plate 19 and one-side ends of cooperative arms 40, 41 of the spring mechanism 40 which returns back the slide plate 19 moved to the deepest position by the pressing force of the wheel Y upward the press plate 90 to the original position are pivotally supported, and locking grooves 22 formed at both sides of the slide plate 19 moved to the deepest part and a pair of leaf springs 28 mounted to the stop piece 27 are detachably formed.
