PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a seat moved to a front side of a vehicle body is locked at a position different from a memorized position due to dimensional deviation of components when the seat is returned. SOLUTION: When a seat back is tilted forward, a connection separation lever 37 is turned and connection with a memory base 32 is released. An engagement part 32d of an engagement body 32b urged by an engagement body spring is positioned between an engagement groove 31b and an engagement groove 31. Thereafter, when the seat is moved forward, the engagement body 32b is pressed by a pressing part 36e. The engagement part 32d is engaged with the specific engagement groove 31b and a memory base 32 is turned-on. Subsequently, when the seat is returned rearward, a lock release lever 38 is turned, and when a pressing part 38b at its lower end releases pressing of a part 30 to be pressed for releasing lock, a lock claw 8b of a lock arm 8 is pressed between a lock hole 14 of the lower rail 1 and the lock hole 14.
