PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered laminate having metal and wood strongly bonded together. SOLUTION: The multilayered laminate composed of a metal layer, an adhesive layer, and wood in this order so that the metal layer and the wood are bonded with the adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer comprises a modified polyolefin grafted with an unsaturated carboxylic acid, and the modified polyolefin grafted with the unsaturated carboxylic acid does not contain gel insoluble to xylene heated to a temperature of 140°C.
