A steel coil loading device is provided to reduce the loss of the raw material due to the deformation of the raw material by preventing the deformation of a steel sheet as the loaded area of a steel coil contacts on a flexible steel sheet. A steel coil loading device(100) comprises: a horizontal frame(11) and a vertical frame(13); a loading frame(10) supporting a steel coil(1); a plurality of position sensors outputting a sensed signal to a controller after sensing the loaded area; a plurality of actuating rods(31) corresponding to the width direction of the steel coil; a lower cylinder(30) installed at the horizontal frame; a side cylinder(40) installed at the vertical frame of the either side; and a flexible steel sheet(50) supporting the steel coil.
