A method for manufacturing filler vinyl chloride polymer for plastisol is provided to control particle size of the filler vinyl chloride polymer for plastisol by adding the small amount of emulsifier in a suspension polymerization step. A method for manufacturing filler vinyl chloride polymer for plastisol has an additional step of inputting emulsifier with critical micelle concentration or less in a common polymerization process. The filler vinyl chloride polymer for plastisol comprises vinyl chloride monomers, polymerization initiator, dispersing agent and polymerization terminator. The emulsifier is selected among nonionic emulsifier, cationic emulsifier or anionic emulsifier. The emulsifier represents sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate. The dispersing agent is one ore more dispersing agents selected among vinyl acetate resin, cellulose-based dispersing agent, gelatin-based dispersing agent, acrylate or acrylic acid salt copolymer, polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, maleic anhydride and styrene copolymer.
