PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of extracting the endotoxin deposited on or adsorbed by a calcium phosphate type compound, a calcium phosphate type compound/collagen composite and a calcium phosphate type cell culture carrier in high recovery and a method of quantifying the endotoxin with high precision. SOLUTION: Each of the calcium phosphate type compound, the calcium phosphate type compound/collagen composite and the calcium phosphate type cell culture carrier is respectively dissolved or dispersed in a chelating agent solution.
