A device for processing food waste with a uniform fermentation condition of a reaction bath is provided to prevent degradation of durability of a mixing rod shaft by blocking inflow of the food waste. A device(1) for processing food waste with a uniform fermentation condition of a reaction includes the followings: a hopper part(10) supplying a storing space of the food water; a pulverizing part(20) grinding the food waste stored in the hopper part; a dehydration part(30) dehydrating the food water through the pulverizing part; a fermentation part(40) fermenting the food waste; and a transfer screw(50) performing transfer function of the food waste, and installed between the hopper part and the pulverizing part, the pulverizing part and the dehydration part, and the dehydration part and the hopper part. |
