A bean sprout cultivating method using rice husk charcoal and pyroligneous acid is provided to cultivate organic bean sprouts by supplying the water only two times in a day and reduce the spoilage rate of the bean sprouts less than 5%. The rice husk charcoal is first put in the thickness of 30mm from the inner bottom of a cultivation vessel. The mixed water of water of 500cc and pyroligneous acid of 1cc is made. After dipping raw beans for the bean sprout in the mixed water for 12 hours, the moisture of the soaked raw beans is removed through a basket having small holes. The rice husk charcoal is secondarily put in the thickness of 20mm on a surface on which the soaked raw beans are spread. A mesh plate(6) is placed on the second rice hull charcoal. |
