The hollow shield has a section adapted to support a portion of the element. The pivotable end engages the hollow shield. The pivotable end has an axis of rotation around which the end pivots. The pivotable end further includes a bore having a centerline axis. The bore centerline axis is offset from the axis of rotation of the pivotable end.
