PURPOSE: A speedup valve is provided to increase hydraulic pressure through re-circulating vented oil regardless of oil amount supplied from a main pump, and to reduce reciprocating time of a piston. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder piston(200) is pushed by fluid inputted to an input side(110) of a cylinder(100). Then, the fluid in the cylinder is inputted to a second vent passage(19a) through an output side(120). Herein, low pressured oil is vented from the output side. The fluid is inputted to a main space unit through the second vent passage on a body(10) for being mixed with fluid inputted to a through hole in a bush through a fluid transferring hole. Then, the mixed fluid is re-circulated through a second supply passage(18a) for being recycled. Herein, the fluid vented from the output side of the cylinder is supplied to the input side by passing through gaps formed by protruding rim(44) of the piston at a connecting groove unit. By using the fluid from a main tank and the fluid from the cylinder, pushed speed of the cylinder piston is increased for reducing operating time of the piston.
