PURPOSE: A signal violation vehicle sensing system is provided to sense a signal violation exactly without a police officer by sensing a vehicle violating a traffic signal automatically. CONSTITUTION: A signal violation vehicle sensing system includes a vehicle information code(10), a signal lamp operation state sensing sensor(20), a wireless code recognition device(30), a violation vehicle information storing part(40), and a data transmission part(60). The vehicle information code(10) stores a vehicle information. The signal lamp operation state sensing sensor(20) outputs a signal in the case of a red lamp. The wireless code recognition device(30) senses the vehicle information code(10) of a vehicle which enters a pedestrian crossing, when the signal is outputted. The violation vehicle information storing part(40) stores an output signal of the wireless code recognition device(30). The data transmission part(60) transmits the output signal of the wireless code recognition device(30) to a police office(50).
