Disclosed is a nucleated red blood cell warning device, a flow cytometer and a corresponding nucleated red blood cell warning method, for warning whether nucleated red blood cells are present in a blood sample. The warning device comprises: a sample information acquisition unit (12) for obtaining forward-scattered light information, side-scattered light information and fluorescence information when cells in a blood sample pass through the detection region of the flow cytometer; a scatter diagram generating unit (14) for generating a side-scattered light-fluorescence scatter diagram according to the side-scattered light information and the fluorescence information, so as to divide leucocytes into four types, and generating a forward-scattered light-fluorescence scatter diagram of the blood sample according to the forward-scattered light information and the fluorescence information, wherein the forward-scattered light-fluorescence scatter diagram comprises a leucocyte group region; and an analysis and warning unit (16) for obtaining a predetermined feature region located at the left side of the leucocyte group region, counting the number of characterization cells in the predetermined feature region, and warning when the number of characterization cells exceeds a threshold value. The nucleated red blood cell device, the warning method and the flow cytometer can achieve a warning for nucleated red blood cells, while classifying and detecting leukocytes. |
