摘要 The present invention relates to a machine vision device, and more particularly, to a machine vision device for high-temperature atmosphere which photographs an object in high-temperature atmosphere to perform image processing. A machine vision device for high-temperature atmosphere according to the present invention includes: a base installed in a chamber having high-temperature atmosphere to receive an object thereon; a hollow body tube having one end passing through the chamber to be exposed and an opposite end disposed toward the base; a pair of transparent plates fixed to both ends of the body tube to seal the hollow of the body tube; a camera installed to the outside of the chamber to photograph an object placed on a stage through the transparent plates of the body tube; and a controller for receiving an image of the object photographed by the camera to be processed. In addition, the inside of the body tube is sealed in a vacuum state. Since the hollow of the body tube is sealed in a vacuum state of atmospheric pressure or less and air is rare, even though an object is placed in the chamber having high-temperature atmosphere, any air flow is not almost generated, so that any heat waves are not generated. Thus, when an object placed on the base is photographed by the camera, any distortions may be prevented from being caused in an image due to the heat waves.
