The present invention relates to a user-based online shopping mall operating system device and a program storage medium. The user-based online shopping mall operating system device according to the present invention is composed of: an uploading unit which registers content information through a smartphone application of a user; a display manager which enables the content information to be displayed on smartphone applications of other users; and a control module which, when a purchase request for corresponding content is generated from the content information displayed by the display manager, delivers the purchase request information to a brand company terminal. According to the present invention as described in the above, a customer can obtain a profit from a marketing effect by promoting products to other customers and selling the products, and a brand company can reduce a burden of a marketing cost by expending a marketing cost only for an actual effect. |
