Disclosed are a member store location information collecting system, and a member store location information collecting method and an apparatus therefor using a membership card usage history. The member store location information collecting apparatus according to the present invention can receive use log information of a used membership card from a terminal device through an application, and stores the received use log information by considering a member store where the membership card was used. Also, the member store location information collecting apparatus can register the location of the member store where the membership card was used in a member store data base such that a member store location service is provided to the terminal device based on whether the use log information is collected to correspond to a preset registration condition. Since the member store location information is obtained and provided by using location information obtained from users, who use membership cards, it is possible to provide more accurate and recent member store location information. The member store location information collecting apparatus is characterized in comprising: a use log receiving unit; a use log storage unit; and a member store registration unit.
