The present invention relates to an indoor socket box for preventing electric shock accidents in apartment buildings, which is installed in an apartment building to supply electric power. According to the present invention, the indoor socket box for preventing electric shock accidents in an apartment building comprises: a socket housing which is buried in the wall of a building and to which an electric cable is inputted; a socket body which is inserted in the socket housing and includes a cover groove which is convexly formed inwards and a plurality of socket holes formed in the cover groove to plug cords; a socket finishing cover which covers and finishes the peripheral portion of the socket body; an extended cover socket combined with a lower end portion of the socket body to be pivoted up and down by a hinge and opening and closing the socket holes by closing the cover groove by being inserted into the cover groove by the rotation or opening the cover groove by being separated from the cover groove, wherein, the extended cover socket has a plurality of socket holes on a surface facing the socket holes when closing the cover groove; an extended socket switch which allows or stops the supply of electric power to the socket holes formed in the extended cover socket from an electric cable; a stopper which is located over the socket body and fixes a pivoted state when the extended cover socket closes the cover groove; and a stopper groove which is formed in the socket body and in which the stopper is inserted and fixed. Accordingly, since the extended cover socket closes the socket holes, it is possible to prevent electric shock accidents and to extend a socket. |
