According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electrolyte injection system includes: a battery cell including an electrode assembly and a pouch case for containing the electrode assembly; an electrolyte injection apparatus for injecting electrolyte in the pouch case through a pouch case extension part formed on one side of the pouch case; and a contamination preventive cover disposed between the electrolyte injection apparatus and the battery cell.
