The present invention relates to a beam form template (300) for manufacturing a steel-concrete hybrid precast concrete (PC) beam, which is formed by installing beam plates (100) in both ends thereof, wherein each of the beam plates (100) comprises: beam reinforcing bars (110) which have male screw threads in the ends where the beam plates (100) are connected to each other through screws; beam steel frames (120) which are selectively welded to the beam plates (100); and beam concrete. The beam form plate (300) comprises: a bottom plate (310) which has rails (312) in the top of both ends thereof; an end plate (320) which is vertically installed to be moved along the rails (312) and fixed; and two side plates (330) which are installed in parallel.
