MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE ALUMINA FILTER HAVING A POLYMER SUPPORT

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an alumina filter with a polymer support. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: arranging an aluminum substrate; growing an alumina thin film layer where multiple nano-pores are formed on one side of the aluminum substrate, by anodizing the aluminum substrate; forming a support, where multiple micro-holes are formed, on the upper surface of the alumina thin film layer; removing the aluminum substrate from the alumina thin film layer; and removing a blocking layer for blocking one end of the nano-pores, formed on one side of the alumina thin film layer. The objective of the present invention is to form the polymer support on one side of the alumina filter, thereby improving the solidity of the alumina filter.
