PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of avoiding a false detection associated with a vehicle condition.SOLUTION: A control device 100 comprises: a detection unit 101 which is disposed on or around an opening and closing body 2 of a vehicle 1 and detects a behavior of a person; a detection control unit 111 which controls the detection unit; and a condition determination unit 140 which determines whether or not the vehicle is in a predetermined condition. The detection control unit disables a detection by the detection unit if the condition determination unit determines the vehicle is in the predetermined condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
