PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the housing structure of a ceiling embedded air-conditioner cover, from which an air-conditioner sound does not leak and in which there is no opening between a ceiling and the housing structure. SOLUTION: Frames 22, 23 are installed onto the top face of the ceiling material 29 of a building, an air-conditioner body 13 is mounted into the frames 22, 23, and the air-conditioner cover 10 covering the top face and side faces of the air-conditioner body 13 and having excellent soundproof performance is set up onto the top face of the ceiling material 29. |
