PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant tissue or plant which is genetically modified by promoting the transcription in the plant in the filed of the genetic engineering and plant agriculture. SOLUTION: This is a plant tissue or plant having a cell transformed by the method for genetically modifying a plant cell by transforming the cell so as to contain a promoter, an extraneous structural gene, and a polyadenylated site, wherein the promoter, the structural gene, and the polyadenylated site are disposed in such a way that the structural gene can be expressed in the plant cell under the control of the promoter and the polyadenylated site, wherein the promoter or the polyadenylated site is obtained from a TIP gene hybridizable to an oT-DNA gene selected from the group consisting of PRF1, 4, 5, 9, 10, 18, 19, 21, 24, 25 and 26. |
